This handbook uses the framework and methods set forth in the “Digital Implementation Investment Guide (DIIG): Integrating Digital Interventions into Health Programmes” and aligns with WHO SMART Guidelines L1 Narrative layer by providing guidelines for digital transformation of health supply chains.
